After our Cyanotype Printing Workshop with Mal, we had a book making workshop with Kim. We all collected an A1 sheet of paper and measured out a grid using a photocopy supplied by Kim. If you didn’t follow the measurements accurately then you would have a wonky book. After we correctly drew the grid out we could cut out the marked sections. Next you use a bone tool to crease the paper ready for folding. I then sewed another section in the book to make more pages. We then cut out the covers of the book and glued down book fabric and then brought the book together. Then we had to set our book to dry under a stone so it wouldn’t bend. This book would be so good for field drawings.
